Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Animal Passport, provided by Global Animal Passport Registration (GAPR). On iPhone and iPad, Apple's standard license also applies. That license is on the EULA page: https://www.animalpassport.co/eula
1. Who may use the app
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You must use the app in line with the laws that apply to you.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your password and for the information you submit. Information about you and your animals must be accurate. Tell us if you believe someone else is using your account.
3. Animal records and photos
You may register only animals you own or are allowed to register. You must have the right to upload the photos you submit. Muzzle and other animal photos are used to create and check an animal identity.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to break its security, upload unlawful content, or register false animal identities. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its software belong to us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app. You do not receive ownership of the software.
6. Service
The app is provided as available. We do not guarantee that identification, age estimates, weight estimates, or body condition scores will be error-free or uninterrupted. Those results are aids, not a veterinary diagnosis or an official government certificate unless a competent authority says otherwise.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Ending use
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Profile, then Delete Account. We may stop providing the app where the law allows.
